Observation

It was determined after interviewing staff that teacher Heidi Jansta tried to keep a child on their bed and lay down during nap time in an effort to get the child to sleep. The child was reported to have resisted and struggled to stay on thier mat during this interaction. The child stated that the teacher scratched them. The child was observed to have a fresh scratch on their back during the interaction.
